You have disgraced the GRUB Bootloader ... happened to be ...!??:-(-)
then this is for you ... :-)
... You can boot from the CD with your favorite Linux distro. For example
Ubuntu Live CD downloaded from the site of Canonical.
Open a shell. Type the following commands (omitting the quotation marks)
Type "sudo grub"
you will see a prompt
grub grub>
Type "find / boot/grub/stage1"
the partition where you appear grub and 'installed
grub> (hdX, Y)
X and Y vary depending on your configuration. Replace the numbers you get to the following commands.
Type "root (hdX, Y)"
Type: "setup (hdX, Y)"
Type "quit"
Grub and 'reinstalled.
